About Us...

Nestled just East of Matthew Knight Arena on The University of Oregon Campus, The Wild Duck Cafe has become a local favorite. Outstanding cuisine made with locally sourced ingredients and unforgettable service is bringing folks back. A comfortable, asual atmosphere with an urban edge makes the Wild Duck a great place for all of life’s celebrations.

If you are visiting Eugene for a University of Oregon Basketball or Football game or during a Hayward Field Oregon Track Club Event the Wild Duck should be on your list of places to go. A large collection of University of Oregon memorabilia including an original score board from Mac Court, a 22 foot tribute image of Steve Prefontane and the game ball from "The Pick" adorn the walls of the Wild Duck.

The Cafe has a comfortable, eccentric-urban feel to the dining room and bar. The dining room can seat groups of up to 30. Two special tables grace the dining room: Our Koa table made from a singular slab of ancient Koa wood from the Big Island of Hawaii will seat up to 16 guests; Our Juniper table, made from a single juniper tree from Eastern Oregon and will seat up to 12.

The Wild Duck Cafe is decked with the local art of Ken Scott, River Run Gallery, Dan Hitchcock, Randy Otiz, Metal Zen, Dustin Beck, New Legacy Woodcraft, Greg Adams, John Stahr.
